ARTICLE 1:

Acceptance of orders: any order implies unreserved acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us.

ARTICLE 2:

Delivery time: The delivery times are given only as an indication and the possible delays will not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.

France : 3-4 working days
International : 6-7 working days

ARTICLE 3:

Transport: the customer is required to check the packaging, the number and contents of the packages and the condition of the products upon delivery. Consequently, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product, damaged packaging, broken products) must be noted by the customer in the form of precise written reserves on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier. The customer and the carrier will date and sign the delivery note.

ARTICLE 4:

Guarantee: The guarantee is exclusively limited to the replacement of the goods recognized as defective by our company.
In no case, our company can be held responsible for physical or material damage of any kind that could be the direct or indirect consequence of a bad adaptation of the product or its defective use.
We do not accept any return of goods without prior written agreement. The guarantee is only valid if the defect is reported to us in writing within a maximum of 10 days after delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, in good condition and reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

The customer and the carrier will date and sign the delivery note.

ARTICLE 4:

Warranty: The warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement of the goods found defective by our company.
In no event will our company be held liable for any physical or material damage of any kind whatsoever which could be the direct or indirect consequence of a bad adaptation of the product or its defective use.
We do not accept any return of goods without prior written agreement. The guarantee can only be used if the defect is brought to our knowledge in writing within a maximum delay of 10 days after the delivery. Items returned must be in original packaging, in good condition and redirected at the buyer’s expense.
