Acceptance of orders: any order entails unreserved adherence to our General Terms of Sale unless express and written contrary derogation on our part.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are given only as an indication and any delays will not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.
Transport: the customer is responsible for checking the packaging, the number and content of the packages and the condition of the products at the time of delivery. Consequently, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product, damaged packaging, broken products) must be noted by the customer in the form of precise written reservations on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier. The customer and the carrier will date and sign the delivery note.
Warranty: The warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement of the goods found defective by our company.
In no event will our company be held liable for any physical or material damage of any kind whatsoever which could be the direct or indirect consequence of a bad adaptation of the product or its defective use.
We do not accept any return of goods without prior written agreement. The guarantee can only be used if the defect is brought to our knowledge in writing within a maximum delay of 10 days after the delivery. Items returned must be in original packaging, in good condition and redirected at the buyer’s expense.
